2. I forgot my username?
On the login page, next to the username field, there is a "forgot username" link. Click on that link and an email containing your username will be sent to your registered email address.

4. How can I change my password?
Login into our members area. From there, click on "edit account" from the "My Account" menu. Then click on "Change My Password".

5. Do I need a credit card to join and complete offers?
No. There are hundreds of offers in our data base that are completely free. Some offers do require a purchase with a credit card. However, the payout is always more than the cost. If you want to receive discounts for shopping online through MadCashDash, you will need a credit card for your purchases.

6. I cant login. What happened?
If you have not logged in within the last 180 days, your earnings have been forfeited, your account has been deleted, and you will need to register a new account. 7. When will I receive my confirmation email?

8. Inactive accounts?
If you do not login within 180 consecutive days, your earnings will be forfeited and your account will be deleted. If you wish to continue using MadCashDash, you will need to register a new account.

9.Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Only one account is allowed for each person and for each household. Your friends and family can join as long as they do not live in your household. Our first line of defense against fraud is to compare IP addresses on our member accounts. If we discover two accounts with the same IP address, we will withhold their earnings until the users identities can be verified.

10. How old do I have to be before I can join.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to join MadCashDash. If you are at least thirteen (13) but you are under eighteen (18) years old, you must have permission from your parent or guardian before you can join. Many of the offers and surveys on our data base require that you be at least eighteen (18) years old.

11. How do I verify my identity with MadCashDash?

Withdrawal Questions:
1. How do I get paid?
You must reach a minimum of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) in your account and request payment. Payments are made either by check through the United States Postal Service, by a verified PayPal account, by an Alert-Pay account, by a Visa gift card or by an Amazon.com gift card. Visa gift cards are available in amounts greater than twenty-five dollars ($25). If you request a Visa gift card, you will be charged a four dollar ($4) purchase fee (Sorry, but this but this is our cost. You must have a minimum of twenty-nine dollars ($29) in your verified funds).

2. What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The minimum amount you can withdraw is two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50). If you choose to receive a paper check by snail mail, we will charge you a one dollar ($1) fee for postage and processing. You can avoid the one dollar ($1) fee by acquiring a verified PayPal account. Please allow three (3) to five (5) days for USPS to deliver your check.

3. When do I get paid?
Cash earned by 11:59pm is paid the following day by 11:59pm. To receive a payment in any given day, you must request a withdrawal before the end of the previous day at 11:59pm. Any funds left in your account will be rolled over into the next pay period.

4. How much can I earn before I must claim my earnings on me income taxes?
When weve paid you over $600, we are legally required to issue you a 1099 Misc form at the end of the year showing the amount of money you earned at MadCashDash, and a W-9 form needs to be on file for every 1099 we send out. When we see that your earnings have exceeded five hundred and fifty dollars ($550), we will send further instructions.

5. Why if did I not receive my payment?
If you request a check and do not receive it within ten (10) days, please contact us at help@madcashdash.com or by submitting a trouble ticket. If we need to stop payment on your check and re-issue another check, your account will be charged a thirty-five dollar ($35) fee (sorry, this is what our bank charges us).

Offer Questions:
1. Why are my offers not crediting?
Please be patient. Offers can take anywhere from three (3) to seven (7) to be credited. When you complete an offer, we credit your account as soon as the advertiser gives us credit. If we do not get credit, we cannot credit your offer. Please understand that we want you to be credited. We want you to develop a strong crediting history. If you have not done so already, please click on Best Cash Strategy in the navigation box to discover how to get the most out of MadCashDash.
There are many possible reasons why your offers are not crediting. Here are a few....
- You have completed this offer before. You will not be credited for an offer if you try to complete the offer more than once.
- Your Cookie Settings are incorrect. The best browser to use is Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu. At the bottom, click on Internet Options. Under the Privacy Tab, make sure your zone setting is on medium or low. Then click "OK".
- You did not delete your cookies after you completed your previous offer. You should delete your cookies before you complete every offer. This will help you achieve a strong crediting history. To delete your cookies, open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools menu. On the General tab, click the Delete button under Browsing History.
- You have software that prevents cookies from being placed correctly (Pop-up Blocker, AntiSpyware, Virus Protection, Firewall, etc.).
- You did not stay on the page where you landed after you clicked on the offer. When you travel away from the landing page, we cannot track your activity. We must be able to track your activity in order to credit your offer.
- You provided fake information. You must provide authentic information when you are completing offers.
- You did not complete the offer. You did not sign up for the required service. You did not click on the required level.
- You accessed the offer from an IP address that has been used to complete the same offer from a different website. If you, or anyone else using your computer, have completed the same offer either on MadCashDash or on another website, your offer will not be credited.

2. How do I complete an offer?
- Log in to your account.
- From the Members Area, click on "Paid To Sign Up" in the MadCashDash Menu.
- At this point, it is a good idea to delete all your cookies in your browser. Many people do not get credit for their offers because they have not deleted all their cookies.
- Scroll through the pages and find an offer in which you are interested.
- You can search for offers by name or you can find offers faster by sorting them or by choosing them from the offers category box.
- Click on the offer and complete it.
- When you have completed the offer, click the Submit button in our offers area.
- Delete all your cookies and continue completing the offers of your choice.
3. How can I report a broken link?
If you find a broken link on our offers page or if you click on an offer and receive an error message, simply click the "Report" text link below the buttons next to the offer. We will correct the link as soon as possible. We try to keep all our offers up to date. From time to time we do make mistakes. Thank you for your help.

4. What is considered to be fraud?
Please remember that we want you to develop a strong crediting history. We also want you to have fun as you complete offers. We work hard to get your funds verified. But when you do not follow the rules, it hurts our credibility with our advertisers which, in turn, jeopardizes our ability to help all of our members earn cash online.
We do not want one or two people to ruin everything for the rest of us. That is why we are serious about detecting and stopping fraud. Anyone who is caught in continued fraudulent activity will have their account frozen and their membership suspended until the issue can be resolved. If the issue cannot be resolved, your membership with MadCashDash will be terminated. The following is considered to be fraudulent activity:
- Signing up for more than one account.
- More than one user using the same account.
- Completing the same offer multiple times on this website or on a different website.
- Using a proxy server to complete offers.
- More than one user per household signing up for an account.
- Completing an offer and canceling immediately.
- Completing an offer that requires a purchase and then canceling the purchase before it is shipped.
- Using fake credit card information.
- Providing false information of any kind while completing offers.
- Any activity deemed to be fraudulent by MadCashDash and/or our advertisers.

1. How much do I earn from referrals?
You earn:
- Twenty percent (20%) of your first level referrals earnings.
- Five percent (5%) of your second level referrals earnings.

2. How do I refer others to this website?
It is easy. Log in and click on "Referrals" in the Navigation box. On the Referral page, you will find your own, personal referral link and several banners with your referral link already embedded in the code. Just copy the code and/or the link to your clipboard and place it/them on your website or blog.
Important Note: No spam please. We do not spam and we do not tolerate our members using spam. Anyone caught using spam will forfeit their earnings have their membership terminated.
3. When do I get credit for my referrals?
You will receive credit for your referrals when they become active. Your referral is considered to be active when he or she signs up for an account, confirms his or her membership, and completes at least one offer.

4. Why were my referral earnings reversed?
If your referral has an offering reversed or if he or she has his or her account terminated from fraudulent activity, then your percentage of earnings from that referral will be deducted from your account also. We know that this can be frustrating. But we must be strict when it comes to fraudulent activity. If we let it slide, our advertisers could reject us and that would ruin everything for our whole membership. We work hard to guard your integrity and the integrity of MadCashDash.
